What Does A Critical Care Nurse Do?

Working with specialists and doctors to assess, treat, and monitor critically ill patients while also providing basic care is critical to critical care nursing.

A commonplace shift as an ICU medical attendant can incorporate things like surveying a patient’s condition and beginning therapy, taking imperative signs, speaking with patients and their families, setting up IVs, and overseeing medicine. Patients in the intensive care unit frequently require multiple IV drips or are ventilated.
