EKURHULENI EAST TVET COLLEGE INTRODUCTION.

  • The Ekurhuleni East TVET College (EEC) is located in five of Ekurhuleni’s Metropolitan Municipalities (EMM).
  • Springs, Daveyton, Kwa-Thema, Benoni, and Brakpan are among them.
  • Six colleges, on the other hand, are spread across the five cities.
  • Six campuses collaborate to provide mostly NCV and Report 191 services, with the sixth serving as a specialized center.
  • NCV and Study 191 programs are available at Benoni Campus, Brakpan Campus, Daveyton Campus, Kwa-Thema Campus, and Springs Campus.
  • The Artisan & Skills Development Center, which is also located in Springs City’s industrial district, is the only specialty facility that was established in 2015.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • a true copy of your most recent report card from your previous school (Grades 9-12);
  • official proof of residence (birth certificate and passport);
  • Parental/guardian contact information
  • There is a registration fee if you do not wish to apply for a bursary.
  • The center will require the following documentation from potential Report 191 students before allowing them to proceed to the subsequent registration stations:
  • For N1 Engineering, a verified copy of Grade 9 final report with math and science scores of at least 40% is required.
  • Engineering N4: An N3, NSC, Matriculation, Level 4, and/or Level 4 with Math and Science passing grades of 40% or higher.

Students Prospective applicants must submit the following information before registering for Report 191:

  • Original copy of Grade 9 final report with at least 40% in Math and Science for N1 Engineering N4 Engineering: original N3, NSC, Matriculation, or Level 4 certificate with a math and science passing percentage of at least 40%
  • For all other programs, certified copies of the NCS, Matriculation Certificate, or NCV Level 4 Certificate; a certified copy of each person’s birth certificate, ID, and household membership; three-month-old or less evidence of residency; contact information for parents or guardians;
  • In accordance with the aforementioned guidelines, the Program Information Help Center should then be recommended to all prospective and returning students.

HOW DO I APPLY?

The application process for Ekurhuleni East TVET College is outlined below. Read everything we’ve written carefully.

  • In Step 1, choose the course you want to take; career counseling is available.
  • You can apply online or by filling out an application at any of our campuses or the administrative center.
  • Step 2: Pay the non-refundable R100 registration fee or the R200 late application fee. Check that you meet the requirements before registering. The application form includes payment information. This does not guarantee your admission.
  • Step 3: Submit the application, along with a certified copy of your ID, your most recent school transcript, and a copy of your parent’s or guardian’s ID, to the campus where you want to enroll.
  • If you apply online, you can send your documents electronically.
  • Step 4: Before applying, foreign candidates must have their credentials evaluated by SAQA; otherwise, no foreign students will be admitted.
  • Step 5: After you submit your application, the college will notify you of your acceptance and require you to take a placement test. You will then be required to attend classes.
