• To avoid having your application rejected, please pick up your application form on campus and submit it before the deadline.
• Guide 2: Fill out the form with all of the necessary evidence to support your application (most recent academic results). A certified copy of the guardian’s or parent’s ID, proof of residency, and a certified copy of the student’s ID are all required.
• Guide 3: When completing the form, please include your email address. It’s a good idea to get one if you don’t already have one. If you don’t already have one, you can get one by clicking here.
• Guide 4: As mentioned above, don’t forget to submit your application with a certified copy of your ID and a certified copy of your most recent academic transcripts.
