- Sasolburg Technical College, Kroonstad Technical College, and Mphohadi College of Education merged to form Flavius Mareka TVET College in 2000. The name of the College was inspired by Mr. Flavius Mareka, a well-known figure in political, cultural, and academic circles. He was a Kroonstad resident who passed away in 1965.
There are three campuses of Flavius Mareka TVET College. There are two facilities on the Sasolburg campus dedicated to engineering and business studies, respectively. The Mphohadi campus, like the other two, is located in the Kroonstad neighborhood. - The three campuses of Flavius Mareka TVET College not only offer formal full-time and part-time programs, but they are also proud to bring instruction and training to local communities. In smaller towns like Heilbron, Parys, Koppies, and Villiers, the Free State province offers a variety of leadership and skills programs.

The general entrance requirements for Flavius Mareka TVET College are as follows.

- A few KSD College programs have limited enrollment. Even if you meet the general and/or specific admission requirements for qualification, you will not be guaranteed a slot for the 2024 academic year.
