Documents required for application to Northern Cape Urban TVET College

• Proof of payment of your registration fee (compulsory for SA and International applicants)
• Certified copy of your ID document (ID document required for South African citizens – your application cannot be processed without a certified copy of your ID and Passport Number for International Applicants)
• Exam Results: Final Grade 12 results (if available). Grade 11 results (if you are currently in grade 12) are extremely important for your application. As a result, keep it handy.
• When applying online or by paper, keep in mind that you will need a unique email address.

• Your South African ID and most recent grades
• IDs for the guardian or parents (or death certificate where applicable)
• IDs of everyone residing in your home with you
• Pay to advise, employment letter, and pension advice (not older than three months)
