Applying to North-West University Online

The steps required to apply online are outlined below.

First, obtain a student ID.
If you already have a student number, skip stepping 2.

Select “New application.”
Fill out all of the fields after clicking the Create New Student Number button.
The documents listed below describe how to apply to NWU online.
Sign in next.
When logging in, enter your PIN number as well as the student number you were given.

Step 3: What would you like to study?
Fill out all of the fields. Learn more about the requirements, delivery methods, and curricula by reading the yearbooks.

Step 4: Submit supporting documentation

Undergraduate students
Please upload the supporting documents listed below so that we can consider your application. The University reserves the right to reject any application that is incomplete:

You must also submit a copy of your matric diploma if you have already completed grade 12 or grade 11 (final results only).
Applicants who are currently working on improving their grade 12 results will be considered only after the NWU receives the improved results.
A certificate of exemption from the USAF is required for applicants who follow the Cambridge, GED, or any other non-NSC curriculum, or who may be exempt due to advanced age or post-school credentials.
