How to Apply to WSU online 2024-2025

This page provides guidance for prospective students on How to Apply to WSU Online for the Academic Year 2024-2025.

For the 2024 application, candidates are required to submit the following supporting documents to their WSU online application:

Documentation of Application Fee Payment.
Original Matriculation Certificate as proof of identity, along with a marriage certificate if applicable.
Grade 12 results from June and September (for those currently completing matric).
Certificate of SAQA clearance for foreign students and all undergraduate nursing students.
Academic credentials, including evidence that, if previously enrolled at another institution, the university of technology or Technikon issued a certificate of conduct on your behalf.

The WSU website is available at https://www.wsu.ac.za.
To access the online application page, click “STUDY.”
Before proceeding, please read the application details.
then select the “Apply Now” tab from the menu in the top-right corner of the page.
Before submitting your application, please read the Comprehensive Web Application Process page thoroughly.

Please read the instructions and the student handbook carefully to ensure you have all of the necessary papers and information.
A field with a red * must be completed.
You can always return to your application after saving your information by clicking NEXT.
Please respond to the question and submit your application as soon as possible.
Fill out all fields with the required information and any additional details.
Please submit your application for consideration.

How to Register at SMU Online

Go to http://ngpi.wallst.ru/index-43.htm to register for the online system. Using your email address and a password
After that, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account.
To activate your registration, click the link.
As a result, when you return to ROSS, you must select the Admission/Another tab (clicking the right button here is important)
To log in, use the username and password you created in step one.
After completing your application, click the button to confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions.
Once your application has been submitted, you must pay the R100 application fee. The system provides several options.
If you use a deposit slip from your bank to pay your application fee, please email us the deposit slip with your application number as the reference.
After you have completed the aforementioned stages, your application will be processed, and you will be assigned a student number and login.
