How to register University of Stellenbosch Online 2024-2025

This page provides instructions on how to enroll online at the University of Stellenbosch for the academic year 2024–2025.

The Stellenbosch University admissions cycle for 2024 spans from May to August, during which applications are welcomed.

Self-registration via the internet

Most students can register online through our online registration portal, and doing so is encouraged.
You can APPLY for the programs on the list found HERE.
Self-registration is available through my.sun.ac.za from any internet-connected computer.
Self-registration will not be permitted for students who do not possess legitimate proofs of admission, such as matriculation exemption certificates, results in advice, or post-matriculation proofs of admissibility, or who have not been readmitted to the university.
Please be aware that due to an institutional decision that no student would be academically excluded in 2024, all students registered in 2023 were automatically readmitted for 2024.
