My Nsfas 2024-2025: The My Nsfas account is an online platform specifically designed for all Nsfas applicants to access and manage essential information related to the National Student Financial Aid Scheme. Given that all Nsfas activities are conducted digitally, it is highly recommended that all applicants create a My Nsfas account, which grants them access to comprehensive information about Nsfas.

Once you’ve successfully created an Nsfas account, you’ll have access to your login details, passwords, phone numbers, and more, making it convenient for applicants to log in, including through their smartphones. The 2024-2025 Nsfas applications will be open from November 7, 2023, until January 21, 2024. Hence, it is imperative that all applicants apply within this application period.

How to Create My Nsfas Account:

To establish a My Nsfas account, please follow these steps:

Visit www.nsfas.org.za login.
Click on the “My NSFAS” tab.
Select “Register.”
Consent to NSFAS verifying your details by ticking the provided box.
Enter your ID number as indicated on your ID document.
Input your full name and surname, matching the details on your ID.
Provide your current email address.
Confirm your email address.
Include your cellphone number.
Create a password.
Confirm the password.
Upload a copy of your ID.
Click “Register.”
An OTP will be sent to the email and cell number provided (this OTP expires after 24 hours).
Enter the OTP and click “Submit.”
Your NSFAS account re-registration is now complete.

How to Update My Nsfas Account:

To update your My Nsfas account, follow these steps:

Visit www.nsfas.org.za and select “My Nsfas account.”
Enter your username and password.
Click on the “My personal details” tab.
Update your cellphone number and/or email address to your current information.
Click “Update your details” to proceed.
An OTP will be sent to the new number and email address you provided.
Enter the OTP and click “Submit.”
Your details will be promptly updated.

Note: Your email address serves as your username. Please safeguard your username and password.

How to Reset Your My Nsfas Account Password 2024-2025:

If you already have an account but have forgotten your My Nsfas password, follow these steps to change your Nsfas login password:

Click on the “Forgot your password” tab and input your ID number.
Choose whether you have forgotten your username and password, then click “Submit.”
You will receive an OTP via email and SMS.
Enter the OTP you received and click “Submit.”
You will then be prompted to create a new password.
