Online Application Requirements for the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Area 2024-2025:

Your online application form should be accompanied by the following documents:

• A certified copy of your final Grade 11 exam results.
• A certified copy of your most recent Grade 12 (June/September) exam results (excluding March results) or a certified copy of your matriculation certificate/statement of results if you have already completed Grade 12 or finished schooling, along with academic record(s) and certificate(s) of conduct.
• A certified copy of your parent’s/legal guardian’s/identity surety’s document, and a declaration by your parent/legal guardian/surety if you are a dependent, currently in school, studying at a tertiary institution, or have recently left school without permanent employment when applying to or studying at the University.

Ensure that your final high school grades meet the minimum admission requirements for your chosen program, or alternatively, submit your final academic record and certificate of conduct if you are currently studying elsewhere.
