Nsfas Account 2024-2025

NSFAS Account 2024-2025: Every NSFAS applicant must create a MyNSFAS account to access and manage crucial information related to the National Student Financial Aid Scheme. Since all NSFAS-related tasks are conducted online, it is recommended that applicants establish a MyNSFAS account to facilitate access to tasks and information.

Upon registration with NSFAS, applicants gain access to login details, passwords, phone numbers, etc., allowing them to log in from any device, including smartphones. All applicants are advised to submit their applications during the application period, open from November 7, 2023, through January 21, 2024, for the 2024–2025 NSFAS applications.

How to Create My NSFAS Account for 2024-2025:

It is highly recommended that students and NSFAS candidates create MyNSFAS accounts. Follow these steps:

1. Visit www.nsfas.org.za login.
2. Click the myNSFAS tab.
3. Select register.
4. Allow NSFAS to verify your details by ticking the designated box.
5. Enter the ID number as stated on your ID document.
6. Input your full name and surname as per your ID number.
7. Provide your current email address.
8. Confirm your email address.
9. Input your cellphone number.
10. Create a password.
11. Confirm the password.
12. Upload a copy of your ID.
13. Click register.
14. An OTP will be sent to the provided email and cell number (expires after 24 hours).
15. Enter the OTP and click Submit.

You have now completed your NSFAS account re-registration.

How to Update My NSFAS Account for 2024-2025:

To update your MyNSFAS account, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.nsfas.org.za and click on “MyNSFAS account.”
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click on the “My personal details” tab.
4. Update your cellphone number and/or email address to your current one.
5. Click “Update your details” to proceed.
6. An OTP will be sent to the new number and email address provided.
7. Enter the OTP and click submit.

Your details will be immediately updated. Note: Your email address serves as your username. Safeguard your username and password.

How To Reset Your My Nsfas Account Password 2024-2025

Do you already have an account but have forgotten your MyNsfas password, don’t worry, just change your Nsfas login password by following this process:

• Clicking on the “Forgot your password” tab and enter your ID number
• Choose whether you have forgotten your username and password and click “Submit“
• You will receive an OTP via email and SMS
• Type in the OTP you received and click “Submit“
• You will then be required to create a new password.
