Nsfas Application Consent Form 2024-2025: The National Student Aid Financial Aid Scheme consent form is a document that contains confidential information from the institution about the applicant’s parent or guardian’s employment status and income level. Applicants are required to provide all the necessary information regarding the work status and the income level of their parents or guardians and verify the information provided by signing the consent form. NSFAS is committed to protecting the privacy of those who send personal information to them and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information obtained from third parties.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE NSFAS CONSENT FORM
- Provide us with your phone number and email address.
- A copy of your ID or birth certificate is required.
- Copies of parents’, guardians’, or spouse’s national identification cards
- If necessary, proof of income or a year’s worth of IRP5
- Your parents’, guardians’, or spouse’s proof of income.
- You do not need to present any proof of income if you are a SASSA grant recipient.
- A completed and signed Disability Annexure A Form should be provided and submitted by all applicants with a disability.
- An applicant identified by the Department of Social Development as a Vulnerable Child must also submit a completed and signed Vulnerable Child Declaration and Consent Form.
NOTE
Due to the financial position associated with it, applying for financial aid from the National Student Financial Aid Scheme may be of great interest to you. Applicants must follow the guidelines or application instructions for each application. If an applicant decides to apply without following the requirements, his or her application will be rejected.
