The Nation Student Financial Aid Scheme(NSFAS) Laptop Application Form for 2024 is now available at www.nsfas.org.za. All prospective applicants who want to apply for NSFAS laptops for the 2024-2025 academic year can quickly do so now before the application closing date or deadline. Nsfas often have submission deadlines for their application that will last four months, from August 3 through November 30. Nsfas always advise applicants to submit their applications at the appropriate time after knowing the Nsfas Laptop Application Closing Date 2024-2025. Late applications won’t be taken into consideration.
Who Can Apply for Nsfas Laptop Application

To receive a digital learning device, the student must be approved for NSFAS funding in 2024 and registered for an NSFAS-funded qualification.
Document Needed To Apply Nsfas Laptop:
- South African ID number
- Student number
- Contact details
- Proof of academic registration, such as a student card from the institution.
- Home address
THE STEPS FOR PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE?
- Click here to visit the NSFAS website.
- Select “myNSFAS” on the top right of the screen.
- Tap on “Click to order your NSFAS Laptop Online”.
- Fill in your ID number and all the other information required.
After you have completed all of the needed checks and submitted your online order, you will be contacted to pick up your laptop at your registered institution.
How To Collect Your Laptop
Once the verification process is complete, an order for your laptop will be placed with our service providers to dispatch the device for delivery. Once your laptop is ready, you will be called by the laptop service provider or your institution to arrange collection/delivery.
Remember, once you are contacted for the delivery and collection of the device, no one can receive/collect the laptop on your behalf, you must be present and also sign before it is handed over to you.

Laptop Payment
Non-NSFAS-funded students who require a device should consult their institutions as they will remain responsible for the payment of the device and must therefore agree to the payment terms as defined by the institution.
As an NSFAS-funded student, you should upon delivery of the digital learning device, produce a valid ID, proof of registration (or student card) as well as sign the acknowledgment receipt of the digital learning device. You will also be required to agree to the terms and conditions of the device as set out by your institution.
