North-West University’s online registration dates are now available. An orientation (R&O) program will be offered from February 14 to February 26, 2024, with an online registration period running from January 25 to February 16, 2024.

The registration procedure for South African students

NWU Online Registration Procedures

To register with NWU, please go to the following website: studies.nwu.ac.za.
Log in with your student ID and password.
Select “Self-Registration” after selecting “Registration.” Select your qualification and then click “Next.”
Click “Next” to use the “Pre-requisite Test.” It will now display which modules you can register for.
For registration, select the appropriate modules. Use the online faculty registration assistance tool.
The “Personal Information” option must be selected (POPIA) If possible, provide accurate “contact information.”
“Promise” accepted The notification confirms that the student has accepted the terms of the contract. “Registration was successful,” it will say.
Proof of registration email will be sent to the student’s provided email address.

Please remember that all applicants must first speak with the Global Engagement Office. Registrations without prior consultation will not be accepted.

Global Engagement Office Conditions

This office communicates via electronic means. Send a single email with the following details:

The subject fields are student number, year of registration, level, and Campus.
Colour Scanned copies of your passport, visa, or other document allowing you to live in South Africa, as well as your green identification card, if applicable.
Only PRP holders are exempt from the requirement to provide proof of health insurance. You must also show proof of
MMR, meningitis, and, if necessary, yellow fever vaccinations.
a list of the vaccinations you received during the previous registration year
Meningitis must be repeated every five years, and adults must receive MMR for the rest of their lives.
