• The purpose of the policy is to ensure that the university addresses the significant areas of risk associated with the provision of housing while also providing clarity, equal opportunity, and consistent treatment for all service providers of privately owned accommodation facilities across all three campuses of the North-West University. Complaints Register for Accredited Student Accommodation

• Weekly summaries of the complaints register will be posted on Fridays after 17h00. The type of complaints and the particular lodging options will be determined, and the required actions will be taken the following week.
