Orbit TVET College’s administration has made online registration forms for the 2022/2023 academic year available to any prospective students who wish to enroll. A college registration form is a form that students use to apply to colleges. These documents include an online form field in which the prospective student is asked for information such as his or her name, age, gender, contact information, residence, grade level, and the name of his or her most recent school.

• The Orbit TVET College’s online registration period begins in July 2023 and ends in September 2023.

Filling Out the Online Registration Form

Please complete the online registration forms for the academic year 2024 by following the steps outlined below.

Placement Assessment Tests Booking Procedure – Prospective students must contact their campus of choice to schedule a placement test time and date. Please keep in mind that the placement assessment is only a tool for selection and placement; it does not test your IQ.
Bring a certified copy of your ID and a certified copy of your highest grade passed, as well as a calculator and a pen. Results will be available immediately after the test.

When your application is received, you will receive an SMS informing you that you must submit any outstanding documents. Foreign students:

• a. SAQA approved foreign qualification
  b. Proof of medical insurance or cover
  c. Valid study permit All registrants:
  d. Certified copy of your ID
  e. Certified copy of your latest results.

If you are financially dependent on your parents/guardians/spouse, please provide: – Certified ID copies of your parent/s, guardian, and spouse
If you have a disability, please provide: – Medical proof of your condition – Disability Annexure A completed and signed (if your information is not per-populated on the portal)
