- A relevant bachelor’s degree.

Prior learning assessment and recognition On the basis of a portfolio of proven comparable competencies, a limited number of candidates without the required degrees and proven relevant experience in the field of leadership can be admitted.
- Individual written tasks as summative evaluation for each module requiring the application of the theoretical framework in the work context
- As a summative evaluation, a minimum of four written tests on the integration of relevant modules are required.
- Syndicate and group work as formative assessment
- As a formative assessment, one group business-driven action learning project was assigned.
