- The applicant should supply personal information as directed by the chat.
- A reference number, an OTP number, and a website link to click on will be provided to the applicant. The applicant must click the link, enter the OTP number, and then click the verify button.

- The applicant will select I want to apply for the SRD R350 award via chat.
- The chatbot will direct you to the SRD website.
- The Applicant will follow the instructions on the SRD website.
