Many young South Africans want to continue their education, and while many of them want to enroll in college, there are also a variety of other options.

There are 26 public universities and technical colleges in South Africa, all of which offer top-notch programs that prepare students for future careers. There are university programs for you in everything from journalism to medicine.

Private higher education institutions, of which there are many to choose from, are another option if you don’t want to attend university or haven’t been offered a spot.
