• Vhembe TVET College was founded in 1963 under the name Bantu State School. In 1967, the school was renamed Bantu Trade School due to its diversity. In 1985, the school was renamed Finyazwanda College and remained so until 1992, when it was renamed Technical College of Venda (Techniven) in 2003. We were known as Vhembe FET College from 2003 to 2014.
• The college is now known as Vhembe TVET College, and it has six campuses: Makwarela, Tshisimani, Mashamba, Mavhoi, Thengwe, Shingwedzi, and Makhado Satellite Campus. Vhembe TVET College is located in the Vhembe District Municipality, which is in the far north of Limpopo Province. The District is made up of Thulamela, Makhado, Lim 345 (Collins Chabane Municipality), and Musina, with its administrative center in Thohoyandou. It covers 21, 000 km2, or 18% of the province’s land area. The college’s six campuses are Makwarela, Mashamba, Mavhoi, Tshisimani, Thengwe, and the recently opened Shingwedzi. Candidates for the class of 2023 can now register.

Tshisimani Registration: All applicants must register between April 6 and April 8.

Conditions Required for Registration

Before applying to Tshisimani TVET College, you must have the following qualifications:

• Payment of your registration fee must be authenticated (compulsory for SA and International applicants)
• A certified copy of your identification document (certified copies of your ID and passport numbers are required for international applicants and are mandatory for South African citizens)
• exam results Final grade 12 results (if available). If you are currently in grade 12, your grade 11 results are extremely important to your application. So keep it near you at all times.
• Keep in mind that you will need a special email address to apply online or on paper.
• Grade 12 Report for students who have currently enrolled in classes in June/September Matriculation diploma as proof of applicant’s residency
• a certified copy of a valid identification document, such as a passport or birth certificate
