• This application must include a copy of the first page of your Identity Document.
• Your application must include a copy of your Senior Certificate, National Senior Certificate, or highest qualification.
• Students in grade 12 must submit a copy of their Grade 12 results from June or September, as well as their Grade 11 final results.
