Residence accommodation allows every student to easily participate in all CUT activities such as social activities, sporting activities, life skills, and peer tutoring programs. It is also a rewarding experience to work in a group and participate in activities that are unique to each residence.

Full-time Residence Managers manage the facilities and are assisted by a Warden and Sub-wardens.

To maximize the educational value of the housing system and to connect student life and learning, the residence leadership strives to:

Encourage first-year students to participate in the Centre of Counselling’s existing academic support programs for identified risk subjects.
In collaboration with the Centre of Counselling, establish smaller study groups in the residences emanating from above.
Involve academic and support staff in student programs in residences on a regular basis.
Instill community responsibility through community service.
