late Nsfas Application 2024-2025: The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has opened the door too late for applications. Applicants who applied late due to some reason will be received by NSFAS management. As a candidate, you should keep in mind that applying for assistance late is not a good idea. So, regardless of your situation, it is critical to apply as soon as possible. Because you require financial assistance, you should apply as soon as possible.
The deadline for NSFAS funding is November 30th. This year’s NSFAS application period will run for four months, beginning, on August 3 and ending on November 30. There will be no late applications allowed.

 

REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS DURING THE LATE APPLICATION PROCESS

The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) will require more information from you to process your application, so you need to provide the following supporting documents to ensure your application is successful.

1. Provide your own cellphone number and email address
2. You must have a copy of your ID or birth certificate
3. National ID copies of parents, guardians, or spouse
4. The evidence of your income or 1 year’s IRP5 if necessary
5. The proof of income of your parents, guardian, or spouse.
6. If you are a SASSA grant recipient, you don’t need to provide any evidence of income.
7. All Applicants with a disability should provide and submit a completed and signed Disability Annexure A Form
8. An applicant who is known as a Vulnerable Child by the Department of Social Development should also provide a completed and signed Vulnerable Child Declaration and Consent Form.

 

How to Submit Late Application For Nsfas

If you want to apply for NSFAS late application, please follow the instructions below:

• You must go to the NSFAS website at www.nsfas.org.za.
• Then you must select the “myNSFAS” tab.
• After that, you’ll need to create a myNSFAS account.
• After you’ve created your myNSFAS account, go to the “Apply” tab.
• Fill in the blanks on your screen with the answers to the following questions.
• All of your personal information should be updated.
• Please upload all of the necessary supporting documentation.
• Finally, press the “Submit” button to send your application for review.
