East London University, founded in 1998, is one of the country’s premier private universities.

More than 2,300 students from all regions of South Africa and 27 other countries attend the University’s S1-hectare campus, located a few kilometers south of downtown East London.

• To provide instruction that bridges the gap between theory and practice through faculty members who bring not only advanced academic preparation but also skills from current professional practice to their classrooms.
• Utilizing technology to develop efficient teaching strategies that increase student learning, increase collaboration, and communication, and increase access to learning resources
