How to register University of Venda Online 2024-2025
This page provides guidance on registering for the University of Venda Online for the academic year 2024-2025.
For the ongoing academic year, the University of Venda UNIVEN Online Application window is open for admission to a variety of qualifications, including undergraduate (higher certificates, advanced certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, and degrees), Honors degrees, postgraduate diplomas, as well as Master’s and doctoral qualifications.
Registration deadlines for UNIVEN in 2024/2025
- The University of Venda UNIVEN will begin accepting online applications for admission to the 2024/2025 academic year, which will conclude in November 2023, and in April 2023.
How to Register for Venda University Online
- Visit https://www.univen.ac.za/students/how-to-apply/#/ to learn more. for additional information
- Select “Begin Online Application.”
- Complete the application by following the steps.
- To finish your application, click the “Submit” button. You will then be assigned a student ID number.
- Create a 5-digit pin that will be used if you save and return it to your application later. A copy of the applicant’s ID or passport, as well as a copy of their Grade 11 report or statement of grade 12 results, or a copy of their Matric Certificate, must be scanned and submitted.
You will need the following documents to apply online: the
- Credit/debit card with a CVV number on the back Mobile phone number for the South African National Identification Number (this is needed to pay the R100 application fee online).

Navigate to the Univen website.
In the top left corner of the page, click ‘Apply.’
Scroll down and click ‘Step 3: Check Application Status.’
Click the link that says “Click here to check the status of your application.”
