- Proof of registration fee payment/receipt
- Certified copies of identification documents and birth certificates are required. For South Africans, it is mandatory. Foreign students must also provide a certified passport or passport number.

Before completing the forms, keep the following in mind:
- The forms must be completely filled out by the first-time applicant.
