Mynsfas Status 2024-2025

myNSFAS Application Status 2024-2025: Once you have successfully submitted your application for an NSFAS Loan, it undergoes a review process for approval. After the review is completed, you will be able to check your NSFAS loan status. To access your nsfas status, follow these steps:

Log in to your myNSFAS account on the NSFAS website through the student portal.
Enter your username and password to sign in.
Choose “Track Funding Progress” to view your application status on your account dashboard.

How to View/Check NSFAS Online Application Status:

Log into your myNSFAS account portal.
Enter your ID or username and password.
Click the “SIGN IN” button.
Once you access your account dashboard, click on “Track Funding Progress” to check your application status.

If your application has been successful, congratulations! If not, better luck next time.

Required Supporting Documents to Create an NSFAS Account:

To complete your NSFAS Bursary Online Application for 2024-2025, you must have the following information:

Your personal phone number and email address.
A copy of your ID or birth certificate.
Copies of the identification cards of your parents, guardians, or spouse.
1 year’s worth of IRP5 or proof of income (if applicable).
Proof of income from your parents, guardians, or spouse.
SASSA grant beneficiaries are not required to provide proof of income.
All disabled applicants must submit a completed and signed Disability Annexure A document.
Applicants identified by the Department of Social Development as Vulnerable Children must also submit a completed and signed Vulnerable Child Declaration and Consent Form.

How To Create MyNSFAS Account

Go to www.nsfas.org.za and click on “myNsfas account“.
Enter your username and password. The username is usually your email address.
Click on the “My personal details” tab.
Update your cellphone number and/or email address to your current one.
Click “Update your details” to proceed.
A Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to the new number and email address that you have provided.
Enter the OTP and click submit.
Your details will immediately be updated.
