Northern Cape Rural TVET College Online Application Requirements 2024-2025

Documents required for admission to Northern Cape Rural TVET College

• Proof of registration fee payment (compulsory for SA and International applicants)
• Certified copy of your ID document (ID document required for South African citizens; your application will not be processed unless you provide a certified copy of your ID and Passport Number for International Applicants).
• Final Grade 12 Examination Results (if available). Grade 11 results (if you are currently in grade 12) are critical for your application. As a result, keep it on hand.
• When applying online or in hard copy, keep in mind that you will need a unique email address.

2024-2025 Northern Cape Urban TVET College Application Process

The following points will assist you in your application process:

Step 1

Collect these Documents

• Your South African ID and Latest Academic Results
• Identification of parents and/or guardians (or death certificate where applicable)
• IDs for everyone who lives with you in your home
• Pay advice/employment letter/pension advice (not older than three months)

Step 2
Download and finish

• Download the consent form and sign it with your parent/guardian. (Form of Consent)

Campus Visit

• Visit your local campus and fill out the Campus Application Form.
• To determine the best career path, take a simple aptitude test.
• Return the documents from Steps 1 and 2.
