If you’re not sure how to add a background to your video conference software, follow the steps below.
Zoom Instructions
Choose the photo you want to download from the options below.
- If you’re using the Zoom desktop app, select “Settings” by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right. In the left menu, select “Virtual Background,” then select the “+” icon above the available options. Choose the picture you want to use.
- If you want to add a background to an active meeting, click the “+” icon next to “Stop Video,” then choose “Choose Virtual Background.” Choose the picture you want to use.
- Note: Your video might be mirrored by default in your Zoom account. Uncheck “Mirror my video” below the available backgrounds in the “Virtual Background” window if your background appears reversed.
- Use Relevant Backgrounds for the Meeting and Participants. …
