The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) offers qualified and potential beneficiaries of its social security programs high-quality services that are centered on their needs. Beneficiaries must complete an SASSA Annexure C if they want their grants deposited into their personal bank accounts (bank form). This form is available at any SASSA office or by visiting the website listed below. The beneficiary must fill it out and submit it to the SASSA office along with their preferred bank. You cannot send this form electronically (online).
