The South African Social Security Agency, better known as SASSA, currently processes R350 subsidy payments. If your grant application is denied, here’s how to resolve the issue:

Your R350 grant application may have been denied as SASSA is still processing the December SRD grant payments. Here are some solutions depending on the reason for the promotion:
If SASSA found that you were employed as an applicant and paid income tax, you would have been rejected.
In this situation, SASSA says you can submit a reconsideration request on his SASSA SRD website under the tab.

Another reason for SRD grant application rejection is providing personal information that does not match what is provided by your home office.

If the applicant is eligible for her UIF benefits based on her TERS or UIF contributions or is currently receiving unemployment insurance benefits.
The applicant works for a government agency.
If your SRD grant is denied, you do not meet the age requirements, or you are over 60. If you are registered as a deceased beneficiary in the Home Office database.
