If you have any questions or suggestions for changes, SASSA has provided several channels for you to contact them.

It is critical to understand that any questions regarding R350 grant appeals must be directed to the Independent Appeals Tribunal rather than SASSA, which necessitates separate contact information.

SASSA has a toll-free call center that can be reached at 0800 60 10 11. After calling, simply press 1 and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can also contact us via email at grantenquiries@sassa.gov.za. Include your ID number in the email so they know who you are and can find your information more easily.
