The South African Government-managed retirement organization (Sassa) has contacted all recipients of the Social Help Misery (SRD) R350 award to request that they reapply for the award. However, some beneficiaries have expressed dissatisfaction with the updated contact information.

Sassa notifies customers when the R350 grant recipients’ funds are available by utilizing their contact information. However, clients may not know when they can collect their funds if Sassa does not have this information.

Update Your Contact Information for the Sassa R350 Grant in the Following Ways

• Click Here to Visit The R350 Grant Website 
• Scroll to “How do I change my contact details”
• “Click here to change your cell phone number and/or email address” is displayed as a yellow bar.
• Enter your ID number and Application ID
• Click “Submit”
• Enter your Email Address if you have one
• Enter your cell phone number
• Click “Submit”
• Choose a reason for changing your cell phone number
• Enter the One Time Pin (OTP) you receive via SMS
• Click “Submit”

If you do not have an Application ID, this is the method for updating your contact information.

• Enter your ID number
• Enter your old cell phone number
• Your Application ID will then appear in the first line
