On this webpage, you can obtain more information about the online registration periods for Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences for the academic year 2024-2025.
This registration period is open to first-time applicants to Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University, current university students seeking a change of degree or specialization, and those who applied in the past but were not admitted or were admitted but did not register. Additionally, students who have completed a higher certificate or another program and wish to continue with further undergraduate studies are also eligible to submit their applications during this period.

Before the application period closes in June 2024, the following requirements must be met:
- MBChB, a bachelor’s in radiography, a bachelor’s in dental therapy, a bachelor’s in pharmacy, and a bachelor’s in dental science.

Requirements for Admission:
- Application Completed
- Official College Transcript
* Regular admission requires a minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Academic probation requires a minimum GPA of 2.7.
- International students must take the TOEFL iBT.
* A score of 90 is required.
Submit an Application for Undergraduate Programs
Requirements for Admission:
- Application Completed
- All college transcripts and/or official high school transcripts
A transfer student must provide an official high school transcript or diploma (proof of high school graduation) if they have fewer than 72 transferable quarter credits or 60-semester credits. A GPA of 2.3 is required for regular admission.
* Academic probation requires a minimum GPA of 2.0.
- Recommended SAT or ACT score
* Students who don’t have the required transfer credits or an ACT/SAT score must take a placement test. - International students must take the TOEFL iBT.
* A score of 90 is required.
