This page provides information about UP online Registration for the academic year 2024-2025.

To check for any holds on your registration, you can log into the UP Student Portal and navigate to the UP Student Centre link, where holds are displayed in the right column. The ability to register for classes will be restricted if there are any holds present.

In the first year, students who are uncertain about their curriculum are advised to initially enroll in core modules. Following the orientation program and curriculum guidance, elective modules can be added.

For first-year students with predetermined curricula, the registration of modules should follow the order presented on the registration page.

Online registration for enrolled students is conducted entirely online starting in January. There is no specified deadline for completing the registration process.

  • Students must first register in order to obtain a student card.
  • Student identification cards are required for the 2024 first-year class.
  • Senior students who already have student cards do not need to obtain new ones; instead, online registration will activate and activate the cards.
  • To enter UP campuses, you must have a valid student ID card.
  • Your student ID will be issued to you at the registration desk in Hillcrest Campus Hall 4.
  • To obtain a student card, present your registration documentation. After you register, you will receive an email with a link to this proof of registration document, which is also available on the UP Portal (UP Student Centre). Electronic copies sent via tablet or smartphone will be accepted by the Cards Division.
  • Without a valid form of identification (ID, passport, or driver’s license), a student card cannot be issued.
  • The first student card is provided free of charge. If your card is lost or damaged, you can request a duplicate at the Student Service Center for a fee.
  • Student cards that have been lost, stolen, or damaged cannot be replaced without identification (a photo ID, passport, or driver’s license).
  • Student ID cards are required for access to the campus, buildings, and computer labs. Always keep your student ID card on you. When asked during exams and tests, the student card must be presented.
