Application Process for West Coast TVET Colleges 2024-2025

The following is a step-by-step guide to applying online for the West Coast Tvet College 2024-2025 academic season:

• Step 1: Complete your career guidance questionnaire by clicking here and filling out the form.

• Step 2: Next, go to www.westcoastcollege.co.za and click Apply Online.
• Step 3: Do you already have a student identification number? and going back to finish the application? If you do not have a student number and are not returning to complete an application, select no for both.
• Step 4: On the Data Handling Condition, select I Accept.
• Step 5: Ensure that all biographical details are correctly captured. Indicate whether you will need financial assistance for your studies.
• Step 6: Make a note of all pertinent information, including your own cellphone number.
• Step 7: Capturing Results Details, ensure that you clearly state that you are applying for Undergraduate, not upgrading, that you have selected the correct School Leaving Subjects, and that you have selected the correct Grade. When you’re finished, click Add Subject.
• Step 8: When adding a school, ensure that you have searched for and selected the correct school. If you previously studied at another institution, state clearly Yes or No and click Next.
• Step 9: Academic Qualification, choose the correct program, the correct academic year, the correct campus, the period, how you want to study, and when you want to study for the qualification. When finished, click Add Qualification.
• Step 10: Verify that your application details were correctly captured and then click Continue.
• Step 11: Enter a 5-digit log-in pin that does not begin or end with a 0 (zero), accept the rules, and submit the application.
• Step 12: To complete the application, upload documents, and have it accepted, please select Yes.
• Step 13: Click Load/View Document to upload the specific documents.
• Step 14: To select the document to be uploaded, click Upload Document.
• Step 15: To choose the location of the document, click Choose File.
• Step 16: Navigate to the folder where your documents are saved.
• Step 17: Click Save to confirm that your uploaded documents were successfully submitted.
• Step 18: After you’ve saved your uploaded documents, click Close.
• Step 19: Provide proof that your document has been uploaded.
• Step 20: Check to see if you uploaded your documents correctly; Uploaded via the Web will show Yes, and then click Complete Upload.
• Step 21: To finish the procedure, click Exit.
• Please go to https://my.nsfas.org.za/Application/selfservice.jsp to access the NSFAS applications page and apply for your NSFAS 2022. Fill out the form and submit it.
