Do you need access to your One Time Pin, or OTP, in order to submit an application for a Sassa grant? Accessing your form requires entering your Sassa OTP, which can be found here.

Here’s how to get your OTP on WhatsApp so you can access your form:

• Add 082 046 8553 to your WhatsApp contacts.
  Send a ‘hello’ message to this number.
  When you receive a response, simply respond with ‘help.’
  Then respond with a ‘4’
  You will then be presented with a number of options, to which you must respond with ‘SASSA OTP.’
  You will then be prompted to enter the reference number you were given.
