With regard to the constant changes in nurses’ social class and role, it is essential to discover fundamental values and agree on clinical ethical values. Humanistic nursing care emphasizes nurses’ awareness of their values and the impact of these values on their behavior. Nurses must adapt their work to the cultural beliefs and value systems of the people they serve. Values come from social groups, cultures, religions, lived experiences, and the past. Individuals and their value systems are influenced by social, cultural, religious, political, and economic factors, which ultimately affect health, education, social strategies, and patient care. Various records have been arranged in nursing texts and writing concerning these qualities and explanations of their traits.
Acknowledgment and meaning of nursing moral qualities in different networks can assist attendants with having shared figuring out at a global level. It also has the potential to bring nurses closer together in order to arrive at a common understanding of what it means to provide care to patients from diverse cultures. However, there is a dearth of in-depth research into nursing ethical values, particularly in the Iranian context. As a result, the primary objective of the study was to identify and investigate the ethical values reflected in nursing texts in the first step. In addition to other documents and evidence, this search was used to create a code of ethics and clinical guidelines for Iranian nurses. The researchers have published additional articles describing the findings of other aspects of the study.
