University of Stellenbosch online Registration 2024-2025
This page provides information on the University of Stellenbosch Online Registration for the academic year 2024–2025. The current Stellenbosch University Online Application window is open for admission to various qualifications, including undergraduate (higher certificates, advanced certificates, diplomas, and degrees), honors degrees, postgraduate diplomas, as well as master’s and doctoral qualifications.
In order to be considered for admission to Stellenbosch University’s undergraduate or graduate programs, it is mandatory to submit an online application. This applies to new applicants, current students seeking a change in degree or specialization, and those who have previously applied but were rejected or accepted applicants who did not register. Additionally, students who have completed a higher certificate or another program and wish to continue with undergraduate studies are also eligible to apply.

- In 2024, admissions applications go on sale in May and close in August.
Qualifications for Eligibility:
- Minimum age of 18 is required for the applicant.
- Your performance in elementary school is good.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (GPAs under 3.0 will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will require additional documents outlined in a section below)
- When the program starts, you must be a sophomore, junior, or senior. When applying, candidates must have finished at least three semesters of school (first-semester sophomores can apply). Sophomores may not be able to enroll in certain courses at a nearby university. For more information, please get in touch with your IES Abroad Representative.
Online Registration at the University of Stellenbosch for 2024–2025

- get a student ID as a first step (if you already have one, skip to step 2)
- Step 2 is to select a program.
- Third step: finish the registration form.
- Step four requires any supporting documentation.
- Write the NBT in step five.
