CPUT Online Support
- For online applications and registrations, the capacity for online assistance has increased. For more information, go to the following website or call the Call Center at 086 123 2788 or 021 959 6767 for applicants and prospective students who need off-campus assistance: submit inquiries
Please carefully read the instructions and complete all stages.
- You must include the R240 application fee.
- Submit proof of payment along with all other required documents, such as the Indemnity Form and the CPUT Memorandum of Agreement.
- Send all required documentation to admission@tut.ac.za.
- Make sure your email’s subject line includes the words “Late Application” and your reference number.
- Those who are chosen will receive an SMS informing them of whether they can begin their studies in 2024.
- The acceptance letter is available for download at www.tut.ac.za. By applicants, check your status.

Late Application Requirements for the CPUT
Keep the following in mind before submitting an online CPUT application:
- To complete the application, you must have an email address. not have one? Get an email address first.
- South African applicants will need to provide an ID number. Candidates from other countries will need to provide their passport numbers.
- You must have enrolled in the NBTs before applying online.
- The application fee must be paid.
- Do you need a place to stay? Don’t forget to include this information in your application.
- Don’t forget to check the faculty’s prerequisites before applying.
- Please keep in mind that postgraduate applicants can only apply online.
