The Westcol 2024-2025 academic year is now open for online registration! Using our online system, you can easily register for classes, change your enrollment, and do other things. We hope that this system makes the enrollment and registration process for you simple and painless.

• The academic year of Western TVET College Online Registration 2024-2025 begins on September 1st, 2023, and ends on November 30th, 2023.

Western Tvet College Admissions Requirements

The following documents must be submitted prior to registering for college: Grade 12 is required, with passing grades in Math and Science.

• 3 certified copies of the learner’s ID
• 3 certified copies of Parent/Legal Guardian’s ID
• One photo of ID size
• Certified copy of most recent school report/Grade 9 or higher
• A distinct email address and phone number

• Before applying, please read the minimum requirements. 
• If there are insufficient student numbers, Westcol reserves the right to cancel or relocate a program. 
• We will communicate with you via email, so you must have an active email account. 
• You must check your email on a regular basis to avoid missing any communications.
• All documents must be certified copies of the originals, and the certification must be no more than 6 months old.
