For both South African and international residents, the online application for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate study programs at Sedibeng TVET College (SEDCOL) closes on specific dates in the year preceding the year of study.
The deadline for SEDCOL online applications in 2023 has not yet been announced.
The goal of the online application is to provide early provisional registration to new intakes (students) while also standardizing and improving the College’s enrollment procedure.

SEDCOL ONLINE APPLICATION ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Admissions Requirements for 191 Students

The NATED Policy establishes entry requirements.
Students who have completed Grade 12/NC (V) Level 4 will be admitted to N4.
Students who have completed grades 9, 10, 11, or 12 and want to be an artisan will be admitted to N1 based on a point system.

Admissions Requirements for Occupational Programs

Admission requirements are based on QCTO/SETA-approved registered Skills Programs/Learnerships.
A student who has previously enrolled in NC(V) or Report 191 programs will only be considered for an Occupational
Program if the NC(V) or Report 191 program has been completed in its entirety (passed all subjects).

HOW TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE SEDCOL APPLICATION

The online registration process is divided into five stages and takes about ten minutes to complete (Depending on your IT skill level)

A quarter-terabyte of data will be used.
(The length of time depends on the size of the files you upload.)

First, after verifying your ID, go to http://www.sedcol.co.za/OnlineRegistrationNewStudent.aspx. to select your courses
Stage 2: Save your ID and qualifications as a jpg or png file (You must have the documents available in electronic format on this device).
If you are chosen, you must bring Certified Copies to the college.
Stage 3: Compile your biographical data.
Stage 4: Verification of email, ID number, and cell phone number.
The system does not require a password for authentication.
To verify your identity, your ID number, email address, and phone number are used.
Step 5: You will receive an email with all of your registration information.
