Minimum Requirements

• A 3-year degree or diploma from an accredited institution (attach your academic transcript), or familiarity with computers Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, etc.
  qualification of the teacher, majoring in the area of study, and extensive subject knowledge.
  It will be advantageous to register with the South African Council of Educators (SACE).
  Excellent organizational, planning, and administration skills in English (both written and verbal). the capacity to keep an eye on students’ progress and offer constructive criticism in a mature and professional manner.

Duties and responsibilities:

• encourage students’ general academic and professional development. Prepare lesson plans and assign students according to the College Quality Management System, the Campus Timetable, and the College’s Annual Academic Plan. In accordance with the College’s policies and procedures, evaluate students, keep assessment logs, and electronically record marks. Ensure effective classroom management and student discipline while fostering a positive learning environment. In order to provide support interventions for students, report to the senior lecturer and coordinate with the student support officers. Give out student packs and textbooks to students while keeping the necessary records. Manage and keep track of student attendance, and plan student excursions and job placement.

Duties and responsibilities:

• help students with their general academic and career development. Prepare lesson plans and assign students according to the campus schedule, the college’s annual academic plan, and the college’s quality management system. According to the policies and procedures of the College, evaluate students, keep assessment logs, and electronically record marks. Establish a supportive learning environment in the classroom and make sure that students are managed effectively. In order to provide support interventions for students, communicate with the student support officers and report to the senior lecturer. As well as keeping the necessary records, and distribute textbooks and student packs to the students. Manage and oversee student attendance, and plan student job placement and outings.
