Umalusi ensures the quality of this National Certificate Programme, which is delivered under the auspices of the Department of Higher Education and Training. The Program includes 18 months of theoretical studies at the College and 18 months of relevant practical training (Internship training) in the workplace.

The National Certificate: Farming Management includes the N4 – N6 Certificates, which teach students how to manage a farm business in an agricultural setting. They will also understand management functions, production decisions, resource utilization, financial management, and agricultural asset evaluation. They will also understand the economics of plant and animal production, as well as marketing techniques.
