In 2024, first-year students will have the option to register online.
The University of Limpopo is scheduled to reopen on January 20, 2024, from 07:30 to 16:00.
The registration process for the academic year 2024 will be conducted entirely online.

First-year students: January 2024
Late registration (all students): January 2024 – February 2024
Orientation: January 2024

Registration for Returning Students in 2024

The following are the registration deadlines for returning students:

Health Sciences: January 2024
Humanities: January 2024
Management and Law: January 2024
Science and Agriculture: January 2024

All students may register after the deadline from January to February 2024.

Online Registration for Postgraduate Students in 2024

In January 2024, the University of Limpopo will reopen from 07:30 to 16:00. The following are the registration procedures for degrees with honors, master’s degrees, and doctorates: January 2024, with a grace period of January-February for late registration.

Every student who wishes to pursue a new degree or credential must first apply for admission to the University of Limpopo online. This UL application window is currently open;

UL first-time applicants
UL students pursuing a new degree and/or area of expertise
Students who have previously applied for admission and were not offered a space, or who were offered a space but declined it, as well as those who have completed a higher certificate program or another program and wish to continue their undergraduate studies.

You will need the following materials to apply for the UL Online Application:

a working email address, as well as your South African identity number
If you are an international applicant, please include your passport number.
