The University of Pretoria has set specific application deadlines for prospective students, as outlined below.

The academic structure includes a series of eight concise modules presented over an eight-week period. In a standard 8-week module, there are 7 weeks of instruction followed by 1 week of break.

Alternatively, extensive modules are delivered over a 16-week duration, comprising 14 weeks of instruction and a 2-week break.

The module’s start date indicates the commencement of the instructional period.

Payment for the module must be completed by the module’s start date. Failure to submit payment by the specified deadline results in the termination of access to Blackboard/clickUP five days after the module begins.

For each module, registration is a prerequisite, and it must be completed before the registration deadline. The registration window opens four weeks prior to the session’s start and closes one day before the module session begins.
