CPUT registration dates 2024–2025

• Registration for the 2024 intake would not be possible until JANUARY 2024.

Undergraduate first-year students:

• From Monday, January 2024 to Friday, February 2024, online and off-campus registration will be available.
  If a student has final admission and passed their Grade 12 exams in 2020 (or earlier), they can begin classes as early as January 2024 and as late as February 2024.
  Candidates who passed the Grade 12 Final Examinations in 2022 and are awaiting a decision: The 2024 NSC results will be subject to their final review from January 2024 to February 2024. (screening). (Potential Alterations) Any NSC outcomes will be compared to the official outcomes of the Department of Basic Education and Training.
  To confirm your acceptance, an automated SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided during your university application.
• Additionally, you can monitor your acceptance status by visiting http://www.cput.ac.za/study/track. The most recent information is provided by this webpage, which updates the status immediately.
• Please keep in mind that you have 48 hours after receiving the automated SMS to register. If you are unable to attend, the following deserving student may take your place.
