All applicants to UFS institutions for the academic year 2024-2025 are required to submit this report. It serves as a valuable resource for staying informed about application status and making informed decisions regarding course selection.

Fees and Payments Due Prior to Program Registration:

• Registration can commence once the application process is complete and payment has been received.
• Online registration is mandatory, and students will receive instructions via email.
• Students are responsible for ensuring the SFPL (Student Finance and Planning) receives payment documentation and for notifying UFS of any changes to contact and registration information.
• The student’s registration is official when necessary payments are made, online registration is completed, and the student downloads the official proof of registration from the system.
• UFS4life@ufs.ac.za: The UFS4life card will be issued to the student upon completion of the online registration process.

Application Status for UFS Online:

Step 1: Click “Check your Status” to access the Student iEnabler login page. Enter login credentials (student number and password). Use “Forgot Student Number” to reset login credentials. Step 2: Verify and update contact and biographical information for communication purposes. Step 3: Click the Student Enquiry Link under Student iEnabler on the right side of the screen while logged in. Step 4: Select “Academic Admissions Status” from the Student Enquiry section.

Upon verification of admission status, successful applicants can obtain their University of Free State (UFS) Admission letter.
