Any applicant to the University of Limpopo who chooses to submit an online application may do so.

The University of Limpopo was created on January 1, 2005, by the merger of the old Medical University of Southern Africa and the University of the North.
In order to meet the country’s healthcare needs, the Medical University of Southern Africa (MEDUNSA) was established in 1976. It offers higher education and training opportunities to underprivileged students in the areas of medicine, allied health and nursing sciences, and dentistry.

Dates of Application Opening and Closing for the University of Limpopo

From April until November, the University of Limpopo (UL) Online Application for 2024 is available. UL urges potential students to submit their online applications as early as possible for the academic year 2024. (Hard-Copy).

An R 120.00 non-refundable application fee is required of all applicants (for online applications). Please use the bank details listed below to make a deposit, and upload the deposit slip along with the rest of the necessary documents.

Entry requirements for the University of Limpopo

Students who successfully completed Grade 12 prior to 2008 are eligible to apply for admission to the university with the regular Grade 12 Senior Certificate and full university exemption by changing their grade symbols to an APS. For UL entry requirements, click here.
